How quickly does my order ship out?

Ready to ship items generally ship within one business day. Made to order items generally ship within 2 to 3 business days.

How are my items shipped?

All domestic orders are given the option of free USPS First Class
Mail or upgrade to Priority Mail at USPS rate. You will receive a
shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the postal service is experiencing slow processing and delivery times due to COVID19 and is something I have no control over.

Do you ship internationally?

International customers may place orders through my Etsy shop

I purchased an item and its not what I wanted...can I return it?

I want you to be happy, so returns and exchanges are accepted. Items
purchased from Sand Kissed Jewelry are eligible for a full refund or
exchange if returned within 21 days from the ship date.  Merchandise
must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original
packaging, unused, and unaltered.  After 21 days, all sales are FINAL.
 Refunds exclude shipping prices. No price adjustments. Thank you for
understanding. All custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.

How do I return an item?

To ship an item back to Sand Kissed Jewelry please:

1) Email a return request to and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning an item. Please include in the email your purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned/exchanged and the reason.  

2) For exchanges: please indicate the desired style/size in your
return request email. I will notify you if the item requested is
available or can be made to order.

3) Upon my receipt of an email with your return/exchange request, I
will email the return mailing address to you. Please securely pack and
seal the merchandise in a padded envelope or box and mark your order
number on the package.

All products must be unused, undamaged with all tags and accessories to
ensure full credit.  I will email you upon receipt of your return and
then generate your refund, credit or exchange.  Please allow one to two
billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account
to be credited.
